Mother of 4 and one on the way!!!

Next week I will become a mother to four and one on the way!! We will have kids 13, 8, 5 and 7 months and I will be 22 weeks pregnant with number 5!! It's only for a week!! But we will super busy Right now I'm trying to come up with some ideas of things to do with them. Any tips?? Ricky is going to go "camping" with the 13 year old and Regan one night. But when Ricky goes back to work then what do I do with them??? I'm thinking a trip to the aquarium one day. The zoo is just too hot for me and my rash!


So help me out with tips!

Menu Time

I haven't been doing a lot of cooking at home lately. The smell of food is just too overwhelming. I'm going to try doing better now that I'm not feeling so sick and since ball season is over we will have more time at home!!

Tuesday~
Beer Beef Fajitas
Minus the beer just add water in its place. (Yes, I know it burns off but I would prefer not to use it)
Mexican Rice

Wednesday
Ritz Chicken Casserole*


Thursday~
Italian Pork Chops
Green Beans
Corn
Cheddar biscuits

Regan's last day of school!!

Ritz Chicken Casserole
Mike's mom made us some of this last week. I loved it! He wasn't sure on the recipe but this is what he could remember.

4 Chicken Breast cooked and shredded
1 can cream of celery
1 cup sour cream
2 sleeves Ritz Crackers
1/2 cup melted butter

Crush one sleeve of crackers and place in bottom of casserole dish. Pour half of melted butter over crackers. Mix soup,chicken,and sour cream together pour over crackers. Crush other sleeve of crackers place on top of chicken mixture pour rest of melted butter on top. Bake at 300 for 30-40 mins until hot and bubbly.

Been a few weeks

I don't think we have updated since we found out about our Sweet little girl!! Let me just start there!!

I have dreamed of having a little girl since 2001. A very special little girl was born in April 01 and I have dreamed of having my own since then. Don't get me wrong my two little guys are fabulous but I wanted to dress up a baby girl in pink and bows FOREVER!!! I absolutely feel like we were given a gift with this baby. I was less than excited to be pregnant at the beginning but now it is worth all the worry and fears because I get my dream come true. Ricky and I even found a outfit over the weekend that says Mommy's dream come true!!
I cried and Ricky knew we had to have it!! Our little girl have a closet FULL of clothes and I can't seem to help myself from buying more!! So FUN!!

Kollyn is an absolute mess! He is 7months old today! Where has the time went? He is cruising the furniture still and just adorable. He has said momma two times and that just thrills me. He is Ricky's boy all the way!! He just lights up when he sees Ricky and its soo cute! He isn't liking baby food at all, he wants real food mashed up!! Who could blame him some of it is awful!! He had a check up last week and weighed 16lbs 9oz! He is wearing mostly 6-9 month clothing but some 12month stuff!! He still isn't sleeping all night but has dropped down to only getting up once so that is better.

Regan is well in a stage! We didn't let him play in a game on Saturday because he was just really bad. Not minding, taking things from Kollyn and lots of other things. By Sunday we had our Regan back but boy Saturday was a LONG day!! We had his IEP last week and I'm super happy with all his goals for next year! He has made such progress in Pre-K this year I can't wait to see how he does next year. My only concern is that they want to try K with no aide!! UMMMM WHAT??? We did all come to an agreement that he does the first two weeks and then we can meet and decide if it will work or not. I'm just stunned that they think its possible but if I don't let him try it I will never know if he can handle it. My biggest thing for the Summer is he must be 100% potty trained!! Right now I'd say he is about 75% there but he chooses when he wants to be. I'm thinking the days school ends the pull ups go and we are in big boy pants all the time. We shall see!!

Life is going to get more interesting for us in two weeks! We will be gaining a 8 year old girl!! She is a friend of ours little girl and while she is recovering from total knee replacement she is going to come stay with us! I'm excited to have another girl in the house! Regan will love having her here. He thinks she is just amazing and KB is a great help with Kollyn too!

I'm 21 weeks pregnant and things are going good. My blood pressure has been great this time so that makes us all happy. Nothing but some N&V here and there but just excited to know that in less than 19 weeks our family will be growing again!!
