This week our menu will be about the same as always. We are so stuck in a food routine. I'm working on changing things but just haven't done it this week.
Sunday~ Veggie soup (recipe below)
Monday~ Red beans and rice with turkey sausage
Tuesday~ Taco Salad
Wednesday~Pork Chops, broccoli and cheese, black eyed peas
Thursday~ Taco Fiesta Soup
Friday~ ??? Out to eat???
Ricky's Veggie soup
1 family size tomato soup
1 reg can beef broth ~ we use the low sodium
1 can diced tomato with diced onions
1 bag frozen vegetables
1lb hamburger meat browned and drained
Mix it all together and simmer for about 30mins! Super easy and supper yummy! It's even better the next day for lunch. :)
